Since 1982 we have supported the arts in Silicon Valley by providing funding and services to hundreds of arts groups, artists, schools and community groups.  And we couldn’t have done it without you... Arts enthusiasts and supporters who understand and appreciate the value that the arts bring to our community — and the value that the Arts Council provides in supporting and sustaining the arts in Silicon Valley. It goes without saying that times are tough, but we’ve been through tough times before. If support for the arts diminishes, the arts will disappear and never return.  The social fabric of our community will be changed forever and we will have lost a major asset.  Therefore, we urge you to consider a donation to the Arts Council to help us keep the arts alive in Silicon Valley. While virtually every sector is cutting back, we are dreaming bigger and strategizing how we can increase our efforts to sustain the arts groups who bring so much creativity  and vitality to our region.  With your support as well as good planning, focus and determination on our part — we will continue to serve the arts community by providing much-needed funding, services and arts education throughout Santa Clara County. We encourage you to support your local arts community by seeing a show, purchasing tickets or memberships as gifts, and making a donation to the Arts Council.  It will go a long way towards ensuring that the arts are here for years to come.
