Your gift to the Local Arts Grants program provides critical funding for Silicon Valley’s small and mid-sized local arts organizations, which present our community with a diverse range of visual and performing art forms that are classical, contemporary, culture-specific, traditional, and avant-garde.  Artist Laureate Awards

Artist Laureate Awards recognize exceptional achievement in the arts and contributions to the cultural life of Silicon Valley. Not only do these laureates have a history of artistic accomplishment, but they are also role models and advocates for the arts. Your gifts to this program help to recognize and celebrate the artistic talent and cultural impact of six Artist Laureates each year.

ArtsConnect

At-risk youth struggle....but your gift helps these teens learn to refocus their energy and emotion into the creation of something beautiful and meaningful. ArtsConnect is an effective way for at-risk youth to discover their hidden talents through practice, perseverance and self-discipline in a safe, engaging and constructive environment. Your gift to the ArtsConnect program places an artist in residence at a selected site in our region, to work with at-risk teens. All Arts Council donors are encouraged to visit the exhibit of students' art, on display at a local museum each spring.
