Jeff joined the Arts Council in 2000 and as Director of Network Licensing, oversees national software licensing services. Arts Marketing Partnership’s national licensing services (also known as the Artsopolis Network) allow communities around the United States to license the underlying Artsopolis.com web technology. Jeff was a founder of the Artsopolis technology and has been engaged in the cultural community both as a representative of the Artopolis Network, as well as a local actor and musician. Prior to joining ACSV, Jeff spent two years as a product marketing manager for San Francisco-based internet start up, Bigwords.com. Prior to Bigwords, he worked in Japan for several years as an English language consultant for Japan's Ministry of Education. Jeff holds an AA degree in Japanese language and a BA degree in International Relations with a focus on African culture and politics.
